Design Principles

The design principle of spherical roller bearings involves using two rows of rollers with a common spherical outer raceway, which allows the bearing to self-align when there is misalignment or bending of the shaft. The inner ring has two raceways that are inclined at an angle to match the spherical outer raceway.
