With an outer surface that features a crowned profile (cylindrical outer surfaces can also be provided upon request), they are capable of supporting high radial loads and can tolerate axial loads arising from minor misalignments, skewed running, or temporary contact running. They are operational on all types of tracks and are used in cam drive mechanisms, conveyor systems, and the like.
